Whenever I see such bold proposals, I am reminded of the importance of “re-examining the foundation.” According to the news, dismantling the Department of Education requires congressional involvement, and previous attempts have not made significant progress. Observing this process reinforces the importance of capturing the essence of the issue while creating an appropriate forum for dialogue.
Our projects also face similar challenges. When promoting technological innovation and efficiency, disregarding the values and cultural backgrounds of the people at the foundation can lead to dysfunction. Just as a major organization like the Trump administration must consider broad societal consensus when pursuing structural reforms, effective communication from a wide perspective is essential. As a leader, I place great emphasis on “collaboration and coordination” in this regard. In particular, as AI and system utilization advance, designing new frameworks where people and technology coexist harmoniously is becoming a crucial task.
The greatest lesson I took from this article is the necessity of fundamentally re-evaluating the systems that shape modern society.
